The Rotorspray Multi 2 for use with the Multiline 1000 or Multiline 6000 control units is used for the automatic application of adhesives, sealants and lubricants in bores with a diameter of 8 to 100 mm. The automotive sector is an important area of application.
The rotor spray is usually used together with an EP SV dosing valve (article numbers 295241 / 295242 / 295243 / 295244) and the Multiline 1000 or Multiline 6000 control units.
he product (reactive adhesives, oils or other liquids) is conveyed into the rotating centrifugal head via the dosing tip of the dosing valve.
Due to the rotation of the centrifugal head and its construction, the product is applied in a ring shape to the hole to be wetted. It should preferably be used horizontally or from above.
Only low-viscosity adhesives or oils can be processed with the rotor spray. Some fats can also be processed.
The size of the centrifugal head and the length of the shaft are variable within wide limits in order to be able to take into account the different bore diameters and lengths to be wetted.
The Multiline 1000 or Multiline 6000 control units are suitable for the time-coordinated activation of the dosing valve and Rotorspray.
